Charleston's is very consistent, always really good food and service. The baby back ribs are THE BEST I have ever had! The caesar salad is also very good and the croissant that comes with the salad is delicious, too.

Great food - definitely make sure you have an appetite or can bring food home with you, because they serve the biggest portions of any chain restaurant I've ever been to. Cool looking place inside, lighting is pretty dark in there though, which really put me in the mood for a nap when I was done.

I've never had a bad experience - never had something bad - never had bad service, never been dissatisfied. Every time I'm visiting family we think about trying something different or new and ultimately its not great. So the next day we always just go to Charleston's because we know it'll be good.

Absolutely amazing Filets. I was able to cut mine with a fork. Will definitely go back for more. Great for a date, dressy/casual atmosphere. Service was pretty good. Desserts were awesome as well.

Cozy but elegant place. Dark lighting. Good for a date or business meeting. The menu is expansive. Food is delicious. Ceasar salad is one of the best in town. Soups are amazing and chicken fried chicken is impressive.

My boss found a baby roach in her salad last time we went. I will never eat here again.

Amazing food, great service, never disappointed! Great for couples or groups, the building has awesome decor and nice design going into this setup. Definitely worth visiting.

Usually have really great service...of course getting it to go really shouldn't count, but it does! Good home style food, decent prices and a great casual/dressy atmosphere (depending on your mood). Came in tonight to eat by myself at the bar and well...if you're single you may wait a little longer for your food. Also, I only ordered an appetizer (Shrimpcargot) and honestly, a little too salty for my tastes. Otherwise, their food is usually spot one - pork chops, chicken and the crescent rolls are always excellent! Having the bread pudding for dessert... Can't wait!

Ok so I LOVE Charleston. And tonight was kind of an off night for them. Totally forgivable. But I want to brag on Tiffany. She's soooooo sweet. They took Honey's beer off tap (disappointed) but she recommended other beers, was super duper friendly and she has a great attitude that made the night. Not the best of food tonight which is RARE. Most the time they Rock it. I can forgive the off night but come on Kitchen Staff "rare" means bloody med rare means real pink no blood. As we walked out the parking lot is half empty. It's 8:00 pm. Never in 10 years have I seen the parking lot this empty. Smh, something is up and it's not the wait staff. Look at managers and kitchen is my best guess. When we comment on food, the manager did offer to "fix" it with discount and freebies, hubby suggested it fixing it by not letting it happen again. Back 3 months ago, manager would have been like, "no, it won't happen again." This would even say that. Said, " well, I can't guarantee that" uuuuuhhhhh really well I can't guarantee I'll be nice on Yelp or I'll spend $80 on 2 steaks and drinks. Give me my old Charleston back or I'll find a new steak house that get "rare" and "med. rare" right. Tiffany rocks it!!!

Lunch with co-workers? Come here! (even better if the company pays) I don't even know where to begin, everything is delicious! I've had the spinach artichoke dip appetizer several times and it's always very good - warm, gooey deliciousness served with salsa and chips - yum! My favorite entree is probably the "Today's Fresh Fish" which is often a tilapia, and I substitute the vegetables that it comes with for their sweet glazed carrots. The Cesar salad is always good too, and it's served with the best croissant you've ever had. The Chicken Piccata is also good, and I've never had it personally but the people say wonderful things about the Walt's Champagne Chicken Salad. Just make sure you are hungry - their lunch portions are generous!

Four of us dined there last night. We were not dissapointed. The atmosphere was casual, albeit a little too loud for my liking. However, the food was good. I had the grilled sea bass with apple/mango salsa. Superb! The French dip sandwich was good, but my husband said that it was only good enough for a one-time try. He said he wouldn't order it again. The steak that was ordered was cooked to perfection( med rare) and the chicken piccata was very tasty. we also ordered the spinach dip. It was very decent. I mean- it IS a spinach dip. Pretty hard to mess up! the server was very kind and attentive. If we are ever in the area again, we will probably return for dinner.

I have no complaints what so ever. I'm from out of town came in by myself good service even better food, I had the catfish perfect for the price. Ever had a 10 point local brewed beer very nice as well. I think it's safe to say I'll be back.

I love Charleston's! This is my go to place when I dont know what I want to eat but I know I want to eat out. It is a place that you can go on a date or a casual dinner with friends. I The atmosphere is very nice and I always receive good to great service. I love the chicken avocado bacon sandwich. It is so delicious! If you save room for dessert and are a key lime pie fan try theirs! Make sure you bring at least 2 people to share it with you because it is huge!

Excellent food and perfect service in a warm, dimly-lit setting. This restaurant has been here as long as I can remember, and I've been a number of times. The food is always delicious and hot. The ambiance is classy and romantic (if that's what you're looking for). I think this would also be a good venue for a business lunch. On my last visit, the server (Maggie?) was extremely attentive. Actually, I don't think I've ever had someone stay on top of my iced tea situation this well - I guzzle tea like there's no tomorrow, and she always had a fresh glass ready before I finished. The burgers are great, steaks are cooked exactly as ordered, the tortilla soup (Thursday only, IIRC) is amazing. Salads come with honey-basted croissants which are warm and crisp on the outside and collapse to soft in your mouth. My only complaint would be that the neon sign that says "immediate seating available" was inaccurate last time I was there - we had to wait 10 minutes. With flashier restaurants in the area, it may be easy to overlook Charleston's, but if you're looking for a reliable place to get excellent food for an intermediate price in NW OKC, don't waste your time and money at one of the places on the lake.

Food: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Decor & Style: 3/5 I'm somewhat a regular here. Food is decently priced and good enough to keep coming back. I usually get the Thin Crust Pizza: "BASIL PESTO, MOZZARELLA AND PARMESAN, TOMATOES, ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND FRESH BASIL". And a side of Garlic Mashed Potatoes. These two are good enough for me to keep coming back. If I am not in a pizza mood, I'll go for the Oven roasted chicken: "ONE-HALF HERB-ROASTED CHICKEN WITH MASHED POTATOES, BAKED BEANS". 4/5 Service is above par, but nothing out of the ordinary "excellence". 4/5 Well kept and bathrooms are always clean. 5/5 Decor/Style is somewhat boring, it's a mixture of classic and modern with a mix of a chained restaurant feeling (yes it is a chain) with a wannabe fine-dine semi-dim lighting. 3/5

Love the Walts Champagne salad and crave it when I'm not been in a while. Any soup is safe bet too. Love them all.

So I wanted a French Dip, and I rumor on the interwebs was this is the place to go to, so I went! I was greater promptly (must be my eyes) and seated. Waitress was super nice, I ordered, and she recommended I try their baked potato soup. Amazing, then the main course came out. Apparently Charleston's has magic in the kitchen and they sprinkle it on their French Dip because it was out of this world. The cheese was gooey, it came with some horseradish spread, and the au jus was great! Overall great experience!

This is a very nice place to eat. Rarely do I go somewhere that feels as intimate and 'fancy' as this, so I wasn't sure what I was in for. My boyfriend had (and these are his words and ratings): Prime rib: 4/5 (Kind of flavorless, but very juicy and tender) House Salad: 5/5 (Delicious!) Long island iced tea: 5/5 I had: House salad: 5/5 Short smoked salmon: 5/5 Flirtini: 4/5 The service was excellent. Our server was very nice and patient!

My wife had the turkey burger and said it was quite juicy for being a "lowfat" meat. I had the roast chicken and the meat was flavored wel and the spices were present throughout and not just a layer on the top. My daughter had the macaroni and cheese and it was more than just Kraft in a microwave. Color me impressed! It was a bit higher than a Chili's or Applebees but the environment was more designed for a dinner date or business lunch rather than a family meal.

Pork chops were delicious and had a nice crunch without a juicy interior. It's hard to find good chops like this. Expect slightly dressier than jeans. I just came off a plane and they put me by the bar despite begin with a group, so a loss of star for really feeling like they hid me in a corner.

I've been a fan of Charleston's for many years. It's a very versatile restaurant, and can be as fancy or as casual as you want it. For example, we ate here before prom one year in high school. But I've also come in shorts and a shirt and been fine. In the cooler months I get a bowl of baked potato shop without a second thought. It's definitely one of their preferred dishes, and is cheap and filling ($6 if my memory serves me right). However, when its 100 degrees out, a hot bowl of soup doesn't sound the best. I'm a big fan of their chicken club salad. The last few times I've gotten the herbal vinaigrette dressing and really like it! Its something different and hopefully its healthier than ranch. The best part about the salad? It comes with a croissant. A glorious, warmed, buttery croissant. If your meal doesn't come with one, order one anyways. If you're looking for another side to add on to your entree, go with the sweet glazed carrots. These could maybe double as a dessert, but its still carrots so go ahead and act like it counts towards your daily vegetable quota. I really think they have a great menu and you can't go wrong with anything. Wow, did I spend long enough raving about the food? On to the rest... The service is always pretty great, food comes out fast, and I think the pricing is pretty moderate.

I love Charleston's! All of their food is delicious. My favorite is their superb French dip, so good! Their salads are excellent. Definitely go here if you want some good food.

It's clean, the staff is well trained and attentive, but the food is pretty blah. The queso was okay, garden salad was, well, a garden salad. I had the Chicken Fried steak, meh...1 star out of 10...I extended the scale to properly illustrate how bad it was/is. Thick, tough, chewy, yes chewy, and dry. The cream gravy wasn't. I ate a few bites and bailed on it. My wife on the other hand had the ribs and a loaded baker. Both were pretty good. The ribs were bit on the dry side, but overall pretty good. I'd give it a 3/5. The funny part is that at age 48 I was the youngest person by 30 years! Five stars? I'm struggling with that one team. Five stars is Deep Fork or Red Prime.

The baked potato soup was as good as ever. I had the turkey burger, which is new. It was really good, though I might not order it well done next time. Our service was outstanding. One of our orders came out wrong and the server and managers were all over it trying to do everything they could to get us the correct order immediately and a complimentary appetizer to tide my Mom over while they cooked her food. They really went above and beyond.

Great restaurant, nice atmosphere, and very personable wait staff. Our waitress, Tatiana, was sweet and super friendly to us new comers from Texas! ** The portions were big enough to share and my husband had the chicken fried steak that was not only big and smothered in gravy, but TASTY! We will definitely go back. :-))

This time we dined in. The booths are a comfortable and somewhat cozy. I ordered: - Tortilla soup -- It was creamy, wasn't expecting that. - Smoked Chicken Spinach Salad -- Love. I took a star off because our service kept bringing drinks to the table when our previous cups were still half way full. Aside from that, I love being a patron of Charleston's. The food is expensive, but delicious!
